Artist retains all reproduction rights.
Images from website cannot be reproduced without prior written consent from artist.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include Ca. sales tax (when applicable).
Prices do not include packing, shipping and insurance. Client is responsible for all packing, shipping & insurance costs.

All prices quoted in U.S. dollars.

All art is subject to availability.
We have put great care in our color representations; however, color representations may vary slightly from actual art.

Limited Edition Giclees:
Giclees are shipped flat via:
First class priority mail (signature required). All claims for damages in shipping must be made immediately with Post Office & Ashkar Studios.
Allow 2-5 weeks for delivery of giclee.
Damaged giclee print & certificate of authenticity must be returned for replacement or credit.

Original Oil Paintings:
Oil paintings are one of a kind; therefore there are no refunds or exchanges on oil paintings. All sales are final.
Basic frame included with oil painting / frame upgrade extra.
Original oil paintings are shipped by truck or air, via Art Pack, Inc. Packing & Shipping (signature required). All claims for damages must be made immediately with Art Pack Inc. & Ashkar Studios.
Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of oil paintings.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies:
